1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using HandCraft Leather Art's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Custom Orders
All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost. The remaining balance is due upon completion before shipping or pickup. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
3. Production Time
Production times vary based on project complexity and current order volume. Estimated completion dates are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
4. Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will repair or replace the item at no charge. This guarantee does not cover damage from normal wear and tear or misuse.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns on personalized items. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Shipping
We ship nationwide via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and techniques used by HandCraft Leather Art are our intellectual property. Customers may not reproduce or sell items based on our designs without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
HandCraft Leather Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
